a good family retreat
indoor pool outdoor pool golf area cozy atmosphere
I found the indoor and outdoor pools well-kept. The kids enjoyed them . the crazy golf area was fun for the whole family, offering a lighthearted activity. the clubhouse was the perfect size, it provided a cozy atmosphere and great entertainment. the amusement area kept everyone entertained for hours.
the wi-fi on site was inconsistent.

The reception team provided prompt responses and check-in was seamless. the staff showed amazing helpfulness , they made sure that we had all that we needed for a comfortable holiday. I appreciated it.

acceptable stay
swimming activities crazy golf food variety pool upgrade outside part pool neglect
the park had loads for children. i saw swimming plus swimming activities. crazy golf was good plus so much more was available. i loved that the food and drink was great also with loads to choose from.
the pool needed an upgrade. the outside part was shut and this was a shame. the weeds and leaves made it look neglected to me. it was just not exciting there.

Wonderful Entertainment and Clean Accommodations
fantastic entertainment nice evening arcade addition
The entertainment team. Matt and Elodie were amazing. The live acts throughout the week were great and gave us something new to look forward to each night. I also enjoyed the new arcade (the kids loved it!).
Slots were released at 7 PM the evening before, but were almost entirely booked within minutes (it was a scramble to get a slot!).

Our caravan was super clean and cozy with good facilities (everything we needed was there!). It included a Smart TV and good WiFi, a real bonus for evening relaxation. The welcome pack with tea and sugar was useful upon arrival.

a sweet escape
great prize friendly staff seamless check-in
The bingo nights featured wonderful money prizes, and the bar staff were friendly. drink prices were reasonable. I enjoyed relaxing evenings there. the reception team made check-in seamless. they remained helpful throughout my stay. the maintenance team responded immediately when a few issues arose in the caravan. they resolved everything without delay.
i noticed the shop had limited hours. this made it difficult to buy necessities after arriving late. extended hours would improve the experience.

The caravan included good cooking facilities. it was well kept, with bedding, tv, a fridge, a cooker, and a microwave. the space allowed for parking. Lovely views overlooked fields with lambs.

Breakfast was good. meals at chef's corner, especially breakfast, were delicious. the cafe provided good customer service. The entertainments were great. the bar staff was friendly, and the drink prices were reasonable.

the park included a laundrette and a local shop. there was great access to coastal walks. a bus made it easy to get into town. the swimming pool and nice play area were valuable for kids.
